Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer worldwide shipping—just place your order, and we’ll deliver it right to your door.

1. Order Confirmation

  • After your payment is processed and your order is received, we will email you to confirm your order. Then, we will prepare the items in your order.

2. Processing Time

  • We kindly ask for 3–5 business days to complete quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. Once shipped, we will email you the delivery information.
  • Note: For orders with multiple items, processing time will depend on the item with the longest processing time.

3. Delivery

  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • Based on feedback, most packages are delivered quickly and safely.
  • Our store offers fast worldwide shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days. Orders are shipped within 48 hours, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive an update, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Potential Delivery Delays:

  • Incorrect or unavailable delivery address.
  • Missing or incorrect contact number.
  • Item currently out of stock.
  • Order pending credit approval and verification.

Return and Exchange Policy

As a wholesale and retail business, we aim to build lasting relationships with our clients. Returns for exchange or refund are only accepted for the following reasons:

  1. Shipping errors (delivery address differs from customer-provided address).
  2. Damaged items.
  3. Dissatisfaction (see details below).

For Dissatisfaction:

  • We allow size or style exchanges within 3 days. Please include your name and order ID. If the item being exchanged has a higher price, you must cover the difference, along with restocking and shipping fees.
  • For returns, shipping costs, restocking fees, and a 20% non-refundable credit card charge will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service within 6 hours of ordering, before shipment. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. A 10% non-refundable credit card charge will be deducted from your refund.


Important Notes:

  1. All returns or exchanges must be in original, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition with tags attached.
  2. Contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your item to arrange a return or exchange.
